- You need 1 tsp of olive oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Rose paprika.

- You need 170 grams of chorizo sausage sliced into 2 mm thick half moons.
- Prepare 500 grams of mince beef.
- It's 400 grams of tinned kidney beans drained.
- You need 400 grams of tinned chopped tomatoed.
- You need 50 grams of dark chocolate chopped.
- Prepare 250 ml of Red wine.
- It's 1 of beef stock cube or tablespoon gravy granules.

- In a large pot heat the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper, and spices.
- Add the chorizo and let it release it's oils into the pan.
- Add the mince beef and brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes red wine and stock cube/gravy granules and simmer for 30 mintues. If you don't want to add wine just use beef stock.
- Add grated chocolate and simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Add kidney beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
