- You need 350 g of broccoli.
- It's 2 of garlic cloves.
- It's 1/2 tsp of crushed chillies.
- Prepare 300 g of pasta (penne/fusli/gnocchi).

- Hear frying pan, dry fry chorizo for 2-3 mins, so it releases fat. Cook for another 1 min. Remove chorizo onto paper towels, clean pan to re-use.
- Get the pasta cooking in a seperate pan as this takes the longest..
- Return pan to heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and add Broccoli, high heat and stir fry for 5 mins until lightly charred..
- Reduce heat to low/medium, add chilli, garlic and 4 tbsp of water. Cover frying pan for 4 mins until tender..
