- It's 1 pack of meatballs, I used chorizo meatballs.
- You need 2 of leeks, sliced.
- It's 6-7 of spring onions, sliced.
- You need 4 of garlic cloves, sliced.
- It's of I pack or fresh egg noodles.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of rapeseed oil.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare to taste of Ground black pepper.
- It's to taste of Chilli flakes.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of light soy sauce.

- Prepare the vegetables..
- In a frying pan or wok heat the rapeseed oil and add the meatballs and cook through. Once done transfer to plate lined with kitchen roll..
- Add the groundnut oil and add in the onions, leeks and garlic and fry for 5-10 minutes until its just cooked..
- Next add in the egg noodles, Season with salt and pepper. Add in the soy sauce and chilli flakes and mix all together. Cook for about another 5 minutes..
- Add the meatballs back in and cook for a further two minutes or just enough time to heat the meatballs..
