- Prepare 1/2 (1 tin) of black beans or baked beans.
- It's of Olive oil.
- It's 1 of large onion.
- Prepare 2 of garlic gloves.
- It's 1 of squirt of garlic puree (optional).
- You need of Generous amount of Siracha chilli sauce.
- It's of Quarter of a cup of frozen vegetables.
- Prepare 1 sachet of pack of chilli powder hot.
- You need Half of a cup of rice.
- It's 1 tablespoon of tomato puree.
- Prepare of Quarter of a cup of quorn frozen soya. (optional).
- You need of Quarter of finely chopped chorizo (optional not with soya).
- Prepare of Grated english cheddar cheese (optional).
- It's of Nachos & sour sauce (optional).
- You need of Water to rehydrate as seen.
- Prepare of Tobasco or equivalent.
Hungry man's Black Bean Chilli instructions
- Add finely chopped onions, frozen vegetables, garlic and garlic puree and fry at medium heat. Optional soya or chorizo.
- Add brocoli. Boil half cup of rice.
- As vegetables cook add Siracha, squirt of tomato sauce, tomato puree and water as required.
- Stir in chilli sachet or mix paprika and chilli together to make your own powder. Do this fairly steadily let it mix in add a small amount of water if needed.
- Serve with rice add shredded cheese to bowl and pour some tobasco.
